Flash Card (2014) is a series of found postcards and historical portraits that have been collaged and manipulated with polymer and acrylic paints. These aesthetic interventions disrupt the original readings and interpretation of the connotations of the imagery, delving into the materiality of the various paints used to fracture the flatness of the printed image.
